一、背景

近年来，在GNSS、InSAR和重力卫星等技术赋能下大地测量与地球动力学相关研究，以及对西藏、新疆和西伯利亚地区的多源观测与解释方面已取得显著进展。为了更好的推动学术交流和学科融合发展，拟定于2025年8月1日-8月4日在西宁召开大地测量与地球动力学国际学术研讨会。

随着多类型数据量的持续增长，先进的信号处理技术对于有效提取目标信号至关重要。不同数据类型之间的互相关在识别数据内部的相互联系以及理解各种地球物理现象的因果关系方面起着关键作用。本次联合会议鼓励展示该领域的最新研究成果，以及创新的想法、建议和独到且具有挑战性的见解。

本次联合会议将聚焦于板块构造与地球动力学、地震大地测量学、重力场及其地球科学应用、流域水文变化、湖泊水位变化、地壳变形及其机制、山岳冰川变化、大气环流、时频信号在大地测量学中的应用、基于各种大地测量技术的全球变化研究等主题。它旨在为专家、学者、研究人员和青年学生提供一个高水平的信息交流、研究成果分享以及行业发展讨论的平台。欢迎国内外专家和同行踊跃参加。

1st Announcement and Call for Abstract Submission for the

Joint Conference of The International Symposium on Geodesy and Geodynamics (ISGG2025)&The 13th International Workshop on Multi-observations and Interpretations of Xizang, Xinjiang and Siberia (TibXS 2025)

1. Background Information

In recent years, with the development of technologies such as GNSS, InSAR,  gravity satellites, and other sensors, remarkable progress has been made in research related to Geodesy and Geodynamics, as well as multi-observations and Interpretations of Xizang, Xinjiang and Siberia. To better promote academic exchanges and the integrated development of disciplines, a joint conference of The International Symposium on Geodesy and Geodynamics & Multi-observations and Interpretations of Xizang, Xinjiang and Siberia is scheduled to be held in Xining, Qinghai Province, from August 1 to August 4, 2025.

As the volume of multi-type data continues to grow, advanced techniques in signal processing are essential for effectively extracting targeted signals. Cross-correlation between different data types plays a crucial role in identifying interconnections within the data and understanding the causes and effects of various geophysical phenomena. This joint meeting encourages the presentation of the latest research achievements, as well as innovative ideas, suggestions, and original, challenging insights in the field.

The joint conference will focus on research topics such as plate tectonics and geodynamics, seismogeodesy, gravity field and its geoscience applications, hydrological change over river basins, lake level variation, crustal deformationand its mechanism, mountain glacier change, atmospheric circulation, time-frequency signals applications in geodesy, global change research based on various geodetic techniques. It also aims to provide a high-level platform for information exchange, sharing of research achievements, and discussions on industry development for experts, scholars, researchers, and young students. We warmly welcome experts, young scientists and students from around the world to participate in this joint conference.

Conference Fees

Participants are required to pay the conference registration fee, which covers conference badges, materials, on-site seminars, and other related costs. The registration fee is RMB 2400. For students, the registration fee is RMB 2000.

Exhibition Booths

We welcome exhibitors from research institutions, high-tech enterprises, and equipment manufacturers. Paper Submission

The conference will accept both thematic and poster presentations. The organizing committee will conduct reviews, and accepted papers will be scheduled for oral or poster presentations.

11. Best Paper Awards

During the meeting, best paper awards will be selected by the Scientific Committee. The original and unpublished extended abstract (four A4 pages, limited to 3000 words and 3 figures) or papers(no restrictions on the word count or the number of figures) should be submitted before the award-competition deadline of July 7，2025, if you wish to compete the award. The awards will be presented at the meeting closing, during the conference closing ceremony. The award candidate must be the first author of the submitted paper and must deliver an oral presentation at the conference.
